MAAM is a training concept based on the idea that maternity is also useful at work and develops a new kind of leadership.
The MAAM concept was born in Piano C in 2012 and has been applied as a workshop in several organizations like Ikea, Unicredit, Schneider Electric, and Nestlè. It has been embodied in a book - MAAM - La maternità è un master - and then in a digital program.
It has a scientific theory rooted in neurosciences, behavioral sciences and empirical evidence. It has an ongoing research since 2012; the research includes focus groups, surveys, text analysis and data analytics from the platform itself.
